Uttrakhand Mussoorie IAPC Holistic Leadership Training Camp

Dear Participants, With a heavy heart and sincere regret, I wish to extend my deepest apologies to all those who had joined with the intention of reaching Mussoorie / Dehradun, but were prevented by the devastating cloudburst and washed‑away roads. The scale of destruction and the disruption of access routes caught us all by surprise.

I also want to express my apologies to those who, after the postponement of the Mussoorie program, nevertheless participated in the 16–18 September meeting on the Dehradun side. While your presence was deeply appreciated, the decision to change the plan affected many of you, and I regret any inconvenience or hardship this caused.

Nature’s fury in recent days — torrential rains, landslides, flooded and broken roads in multiple places — made safe travel nearly impossible. Though intended as a prudent precaution, the postponement disrupted your schedules and expectations.

Please accept the following from me and on behalf of the organizing committee:

* A heartfelt apology for the disruptions, uncertainties, and extra burdens placed on you
* Gratitude for your patience, understanding, and continued support under difficult circumstances
* Commitment that we will rework, reorganize, and communicate afresh about the rescheduled event, taking into account the post‑disaster logistics and safety considerations

If any of you suffered losses, faced hardship, or incurred expenses because of this change, I invite you to write to us so that we may see how best to assist or accommodate you.

Once again, I regret the unforeseen events and any disappointment caused. I hope to make it right, and I look forward to meeting you all under safer, more stable conditions soon.
