Maharashtra Ahilya Nagar Holistic Leadership Training Camp

We are delighted to share the success of our Holistic Leadership Training Camp held at the inspirational village of Ralegan-Siddhi, the karma-bhoomi of Respected Anna Hazare ji — a living symbol of rural transformation, ethical leadership, and people-powered governance.
Over two enriching days, participants from 14 different states came together to learn, collaborate, and experience the spirit of community-driven development.
Key Highlights of the Training Camp:
1. Holistic Leadership Development – nurturing leadership rooted in values, vision, and service
2. Rural Development Models – learning from Ralegan-Siddhi’s pioneering work
3. Cooperatives & Community Empowerment – building sustainable, people-owned systems
4. Village/Ward Swaraj – practical frameworks for grassroots self-governance
5. 11th & 12th Schedules of the Constitution – deep insights into Panchayati Raj & Urban Local Bodies
The training sessions were immersive, interactive, and transformational — equipping participants to lead meaningful change in their communities.
Our Special gratitude to the people of Ralegan-Siddhi for their warmth, discipline, and inspiration. Their model continues to remind us that rural India holds extraordinary lessons in resilience, sustainability, and collective leadership.
Together, we move closer to a future where leadership is ethical, development is inclusive, and governance is truly participatory.
